Outline of Research at the Start

保険会社の健康増進事業の計量・理論分析をとおして、健康長寿社会の実現に向けた革新的保険経営のあり方を探索し、保険の損失軽減機能を裏付ける新たな保険理論を構築する。そのため、保険の損失軽減機能を情報とインセンティブの文脈から理論整備するとともに、健康保険組合のレセプト情報と健康支援アプリケーションの生活習慣情報などに基づき、健康診断結果や生活習慣などの変数と健康状態・医療費との関係を、計量分析をとおして明らかにする。また、同事業が保険会社の支払能力と事業価値に及ぼす影響をシミュレーションにより推計する。その結果に基づき、健康増進効果が高い健康増進型保険・支援サービス設計の具体像を描出する。
