Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、銀行監督の国際協調の起源を主要国のアーカイブの探査を通して解明することを目的としている。銀行監督の制度と政策は各国固有の領域とされてきた。なぜなら、銀行システムは多様性を帯びているため、各国独自の政策が必要とされてきたからである。人類は形は違えども繰り返す銀行危機・金融危機を防止することに迫られている。国境を越えた金融取引の速度や、AI（人工知能）の幾何級数的な進展により地球上で生じた一つの危機が、世界に波及する度合いが急速に高まることが予想される。英国、フランス、オランダ、スイスの中央銀行が所蔵する、現地でのみ閲覧可能な史料を探索することで、現在と将来に通底する長期的論点を見出す。
