Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，ソ連の戦後復興期を対象とし，「コルホーズ市場での取引が活性化して平時よりも市場メカニズムが強まった戦時期を経て，戦後復興期に市場メカニズムの機能はいかに変化したのか」という課題に，1947年通貨改革に焦点を当てて取り組む。その際， (1) 1947年通貨改革のデノミで喪失した農民の資金（戦時期にコルホーズ市場での取引で稼得し蓄積した資金）の規模，(2) 通貨改革へのコルホーズ農民の対応，（3）コルホーズ市場での取引の戦後復興期における変化，以上の3点を中心に，戦後の復興がソ連経済にもたらした制度面の断絶的側面と連続的側面を剔出しつつ，「計画と市場」の関係の新たな側面を明らかにする。
