Outline of Research at the Start

タイ、ベトナム等のASEAN諸国には、規模の大小を問わず数多くの日系企業が約30年前から活発に進出しており、増加の一途である。それにもかかわらず、それらの日系企業が抱える人的資源管理上の課題の多くは、現在も進出当時とあまり変わっていない。
この原因が、現地で導入されている日本型雇用システムとASEAN諸国の労働者のワーク・ライフ・バランスの不適合によるものではないかという立場から、本研究において定量的分析を行うことによって、これら人的資源管理の研究上の課題と実践的課題の双方に対して、有用な理論的、実践的インプリケーションを導出できるものと考えている。
