生まれと育ちの異なる、すなわち、日本で生まれたトヨタ生産方式を欧米において拡張されたリーンマネジメントについて、日本と同地域に位置するアジアの発展途上国、特に、インドネシアとスリランカでの理解の有り様を産学共同により分析することを通して、本経営管理技術の彼らの認識メカニズムの解明と、より良い技術導入への知見を得ることを目指す。
