Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日欧中の自動車企業の開発拠点に対し、同一の調査枠組みに基づく定点観測型インタビューを実施し、企業の進化を異（2）時点間で比較分析することを目的とする。これにより、価値創造の組織ルーチンから経営進化の質的・量的実態を明らかにし、さらに地域や企業を超えた電動化競争の共通要因と、企業戦略の差異とその背景を解明する。単なる記述的調査ではなく、パラダイムシフト下の持続成長に資する理論の構築を志向する。
