Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、障害の有無に関わらず、組織成員と当該組織が共に成長するための包摂的な対話型組織開発のプロセスについて明らかにすることである。本研究では、質的実証研究方法である修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いたインタビュー調査・分析を実施する。本研究を通じて、データに密着して生成された概念、および概念間の関係性とプロセス性が記述された「障害のある人を包摂する対話型組織開発」モデルを構築する。
