Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、『反脆弱性を高めるためのサプライチェーンのリスク管理』について明らかにすることを目的とする。具体的には、日本の自動車メーカーのサプライチェーン（SC）を対象として、認証不正問題などの自社内で生じるリスクやCASEや脱炭素への対応などの環境リスクに注目する。このようなSCを取り巻く様々なリスクを糧にして飛躍・成長をめざす、すなわち反脆弱性を高めるためはどのようなリスク管理を行う必要があるのか、という問いについて検討する。
