Outline of Research at the Start

組織構造がイノベーションに結実するメカニズムを解明する。先行研究ではスピルオーバーや事業部間競争に着目しているが、本研究では研究開発資源の流動性に着目する。具体的には、資源の流出入組織別（＝親子会社、外部組織（大学・公的研究機関等））に集計された研究資金の受託・委託金額および研究者の異動人数のデータを活用し、組織構造、資源の流動性、イノベーションの数・新規性との関係を定量的に検証する。企業へのヒアリング調査も実施し、分析結果の妥当性を補完するとともに企業の現状と課題も整理する。分析の結果は、成長に停滞を感じる企業や組織改編を検討している企業に対して実務的な示唆を提供しうる。
