Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、長期にわたるカリスマ企業家の生起のパターンを実証的に分析することである。カリスマ性については、政治学や宗教社会学において経験的な規則性が見られている。しかしながら、経営学ではその個人の特性や行動が注目されてきたが、カリスマ企業家の生成についてのグローバル・長期的なパターンは分析されていない。そこで本研究ではPantheon 2.0とWikipediaのデータを使い、企業家のデータベースの構築を行う。そのうえで、カリスマ辞書を用いて、企業家のカリスマ性を測定し、カリスマ企業家の出現、カリスマ性の構築パターン、そしてカリスマ性を高める特性についての実証研究を行う。
