Outline of Research at the Start

GVCのガバナンス理論に関して、これまでの外在的で類型論的なガバナンスから、リード企業とサプライヤーのケイパビリティの観点から、GVCの構成企業の主体的な戦略的意図を包含する理論へと発展させ、GVC全体を統合的にとらえる枠組みを明らかにする。またGVCガバナンスの実態面からは、主に電子機器産業を対象に、リード企業におけるGVCを調整するオーケストレーション機能とGVCにおけるダイナミック・ケイパビリティの具体的な内容を明らかにし、それがGVCの持続的成長や競争力に与える影響について解明する。
