Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、両利き経営（Ambidexterity)の研究領域における学術的貢献を目指している。探索する技術が革新的なものであればあるほど、実用化までには多くの投資と時間を必要とするのが普通であろう。とするならば、長期におよぶ探索活動の期間、探索活動(Exploration)と深化活動(Exploitation)のバランスはその間ずっと不変なのか、それとも進展に応じて柔軟に変えてゆくべきものだろうか、という疑問が生じてくる。先行研究は、バランスの内実や動態性について解明できていない。そこで本研究は作業仮説を設定したうえで、半導体露光装置産業と自動車産業を事例分析して、例証と仮説の精緻化を試みる。
