Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の学術的問いは，NPOの組織化プロセスにおいて，組織外部のアクターや組織間・個人間の関係性が果たす重要な役割は何かである。先行研究では，社会起業家の意図や能力，行為などに焦点を当て，組織の目標設定やその目標の下での組織化を説明してきた。このように，NPOの行動や成功・失敗の要因を過度に社会起業家に帰属してきた結果，従来の研究は，NPOの活動に影響を与える他のアクターの役割を過小評価している。そこで，非人間アクターを含む多様な存在が，他のアクターとの関係性の中でいかなるエージェンシー (現象に作用する能力) を持ち，NPOの目標設定や組織化にどのような影響を与えるのかを明らかにする。
