Outline of Research at the Start

急激なデジタル化が進む中で、イノベーションを志向する創発的なマネジメントが求められている。本近年ヨーロッパ中心に発展しつつある遂行性 (performativity) の理論アプローチを応用し、組織のコミュニケーションは、デジタルとアナログのモード (sites)、瞬間 (moments), 空間 (spaces) の組み合わせとしてのコンテクストにより、全体的あるいは統合的なエージェンシー (assemblages; agency) として成立し、国際比較研究として、日米欧のオフィス、デジタル空間、コワーキングスペースなどでのフィールドワークを行い、実証研究を積み上げ帰納的に理論化を目指す。
