Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、組織科学と脳神経科学を統合したアプローチから、医療機関における高信頼性組織の特徴とその構築メカニズム、高信頼性組織を率いる看護管理者のリーダーシップの特性を解明する。これまでの研究手法では科学的に解明することが困難であった高信頼性組織化のメカニズムの解明に向けて、近赤外線分光法（NIRS）や仮想現実（VR）技術を活用する。そして看護管理者が発揮すべきリーダーシップ行動と生体反応をリアルタイムで測定する新たなリーダーシップ評価手法を確立することで、高信頼性組織を目指す医療機関の課題解決と社会実装に寄与する。
