Outline of Research at the Start

米国のシリコンバレーなどの地域発展モデルでは、活動の指導的役割を果たす「市民起業家」といわれるリーダーたちが存在する。彼らは、ITビジネス、金融、法律、政治、教育等に従事する人々のネットワークを構築している。日本では、近年、各地で地方創生活動が行われているが、本研究では、地方創生活動において指導的役割を果たすリーダーを市民起業家と位置づけ、彼らが構築するネットワークを調査し、また人々を巻き込むことに影響を与えると考えられる市民起業家たちの有する倫理的資質を考察することによって、コミュニティにおいて経済的、そして社会的価値創造を行う要因を見出し、日本の新しい経済コミュニティモデルを構築する。
