Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、医療技術専門人材の学習行動、越境・連携行動および後進の育成支援行動に関して、組織文化がどのような影響を与えるのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。先行研究では、例えば病院内の組織文化が与える影響を考察している研究は存在するが、組織文化間をまたがる越境・連携行動に焦点を当てたものはなく、さらにそれらが個人の学習行動や後進の育成支援行動に与える影響を考察した研究は見当たらない。本研究では、医療技術専門人材の中でも多様な組織間の越境・連携の機会を持つ救急救命士を対象に、定性的および定量的調査を実施することで目的を達成する。
