Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は健康食品市場における特定保健用食品（Food for Specified Health Uses、以下FOSHU）と機能性表示食品（Foods with Function Claims: 以下FFC）という二重認証制度に着目し、当該制度が健康食品市場の形成および成長に及ぼす影響を検証することを目的とする。具体的に、FFCの導入によりFOSHU商品全体の売上げ、商品数、および価格がどのように変化したかを調査し、そのメカニズムを理論モデルおよび実証分析を通じて明らかにする。
