Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、加齢とともに健康状態とコミュニティとの関わりが低下する高齢者のウェルビーイングは、どのような状況で何によって創造され、どのように高めることができるのかを明らかにすることである。顧客ドミナントロジック（顧客ニーズ、目標、生活を中心に顧客行動を理解する考え方）に基づき、ヘルスケアサービスにおける高齢者のウェルビーイング形成プロセスを解明する。質的・量的調査によって、身体的、心理的、経済的、社会的状況が複合的に影響する高齢消費者のニーズ、複数のコミュニティ内で生じる相互作用を把握し、年齢・性別・健康状態等の分類とは異なる新たな高齢者のセグメンテーションを提示する。
