Outline of Research at the Start

経験価値とは，製品やサービスの物質的・金銭的価値ではなく，その使用や保有といった経験が有する価値であるとされているが，これまでの研究では，未経験の製品やサービスの有する経験価値の高さを，消費者がどのように見積もっているのか，充分に検討がなされてきていない。そこで本研究課題では，心理学的な手法と知見を応用することで，経験価値の見積もりのメカニズムを検討してその性質を明確にし，さらに経験価値の見積もりにどのような介入の可能性があるのか明らかにすることを目指す。
