Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①財務諸表利用者、とりわけ格付会社による非GAAP財務情報（会計基準に定めがない財務情報）の利用実態と、②経営者によるその開示実態をミクロの視点から調査し、両者の合致の程度を明らかにする。その上で、③わが国の会計基準あるいは開示規則がIFRS18号とのコンバージェンス（収斂）を進めるに際し、何を、どのようにファインチューニングすれば良いかといった解決策を提示する。
