Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題は企業と企業外部のステークホルダーとの関係に着目するのみならず、会計情報システムの構築も扱うことで、コミュニケーション活動を行うためには準備段階として、企業内の情報収集と分析も新たに行う。このシステムが整備により企業内部の情報の非対称性の程度は大きく変わり、その結果として企業のリスクマネジメントの考察も大きく変わるであろう。特に会計情報システムは財務情報の質とも大きくかかわるはずであり、それに伴いコミュニケーションの質に大きな影響を及ぼすと考えられる。そこで、情報開示と情報作成を統一的に捉えたうえでリスクマネジメントについて考察することが本研究課題の中心的な課題と考えている。
