Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，企業の業績予想の開示戦略に注目し，その決定要因と経済的帰結を数理モデルを用いて明らかにすることである．はじめに，業績予想の特性について既存研究を整理し，任意性の高い開示行動の実態を確認する．続いて数理モデルを用いた経営者の均衡開示行動の観察により，行動に影響を与える要因を特定し理論的な説明を行う．本研究は，予想内容と開示時期という2つの任意性があることに着目した数理モデルを構築することで，観察される業績予想開示行動に対して理論的な解釈を試みるものである．企業，投資家，規制当局者等にとって重要なインプリケーションを提供し，効率的で透明性の高い資本市場の構築に貢献する．
