Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、「因果モデル」で結び付けられた一連の非財務業績がどのような行為遂行性を持つかを、日本の産業材メーカーA社を対象にした「介入主義研究法」により探求する。行為遂行性はアクターネットワーク理論に基づく概念で、例えば、業績指標がアクターらの行為を規定するが（枠組化）、既存の指標で測定できない行動を組織内外のアクターが取ることで（逸脱）、新規の指標が設定される（再枠組化）といった現象を扱う。介入主義研究法は、研究者が組織に管理会計手法の導入などの関与を行う研究方法で、組織内部のリッチデータを時系列に収集できる。本研究では、研究者がA社で顧客と従業員へのアンケートを実施することで介入をする。
