Outline of Research at the Start	昨今、制度改革後には、その効果の検証が求められる。諸外国を対象とした監査報告書改革の経済的帰結に関する実証研究については蓄積があるものの、その結果は混在している。他方、日本を対象とした実証研究については十分な蓄積がない。そこで本研究は、監査報告書改革による監査の品質およびマーケットへの影響並びに日本特有の制度を要因とした監査報告書の記載内容の特徴、その有用性の歴史的な推移について解明を進める。
