Outline of Research at the Start	「女性取締役比率と企業の情報システムの効率性に関する総合的研究」と題した本研究では、次の3点の疑問に解答を与えることで、ジェンダー・ダイバーシティが企業の情報システムの効率性によって実現される可能性を探求する。 [1]女性取締役比率の高さが、企業によって手掛けられる実物投資の効率性とどのような関係にあるのか。 [2]女性取締役比率の高さと企業の投資水準の関係が、当該企業の情報システムの効率性によってどの程度裏づけられているか。 [3]女性取締役比率の高さと企業の投資水準の関係が、当該企業によって開示される会計情報の質にいかなる影響をもたらすか。
