Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、医療組織のガバナンスが患者中心志向へと移行しつつある国際的な潮流を踏まえ、日英の医療組織における非財務報告の現状と今後のあり方を検討する。わが国の病院を運営する独立行政法人の「事業報告書」と、英国NHSおよび今後は政府管理下に置かれる医療サービス組織が作成する「年次報告書」（パフォーマンス・レポートおよびアカウンタビリティ・レポート）を主な対象とし、テキストマイニングにより「生産性」「医療の質」「患者」などの概念の中心性の変化を分析する。加えて、国内外の関係者へのインタビュー調査を通じて、記述の変化にある背景を明らかにし、国際比較を通じた知見の一般化を図る。
