Outline of Research at the Start	本研究「セキュリティ・インシデントと会計情報に対する株価反応の関係」では、次の3点について分析することで、近年重要性を増す情報セキュリティの問題が企業会計に迫る課題を明らかにする。 [1]セキュリティ・インシデントが発生した前後で、当該企業によって開示される会計情報に対する株価反応にどのような違いが生じるのか。 [2]セキュリティ・インシデントが発生した前後で、経営者予想などベンチマークの達成に対する市場の評価にどのような違いが生じるのか。 [3]発生したセキュリティ・インシデントに対する企業の対応姿勢によって、上記2つの反応にどのような変化がもたらされるのか。
