Outline of Research at the Start

地域食堂・こども食堂、フードパントリー等の食支援活動への支援を目的として形成された地域横断的な寄付食品の流通ネットワークを「移動インフラ」として捉え、事例研究を通じて「移動インフラ」が各地域において社会的包摂に関わる新たな活動の創出・持続に作用する過程（中間支援機能）とメカニズムを把握する。その実態について、モビリティ論をふまえた考察を通じて地域社会学・都市社会学における地域集団研究、特に中間支援組織論の脱組織論的展開を図る。
