Outline of Research at the Start

プラットフォームワーク（以下PFW）が拡大する中で、PFWへのAIを用いた管理と統制によって発生する労働問題が国際的に注目されている。しかし、先行研究ではAIを用いたPFWの管理・統制の実態は十分に明らかにされていない。
AIを用いたPFWの管理・統制が労働者の管理監督と同様の実態にあるならば、PFWは非雇用ではなく、労働法上の労働者になる。この場合には労働法制の再検討は避けられない。それ故にAIを用いた管理・統制の詳細な実態解明は喫緊の課題である。しかし、先行研究では未だ十分に明らかにされていない。従って、本研究では、PFWに対するAIによる管理・統制の実態とその理論的枠組みを明らかにする。
