Outline of Research at the Start

日本はOECD諸国内で女性よりも男性の大学進学率が高い唯一の国である。育児期以降の女性の正規雇用率は低く、女性が大卒学歴を得ることの経済的メリットが保証されていない。本研究では、就業構造基本調査匿名データの二次分析と、大学卒業生2000余名への質問紙調査(25～45歳を5卒業年間隔で抽出）を実施することで、何が日本における大卒女性の正規雇用の継続を困難にしているのかを明らかにする。女性の詳細な就業経歴と転職・退職・再就職の理由に着目し、高学歴女性の雇用の安定が保証されない理由を探る。また、コロナ禍に大学生活を送った世代の特異性にも着目する。
