Outline of Research at the Start

ファーマーズマーケット、オーガニックマルシェ、産直提携農業、市民農園など、都市消費者と農の生産の連携を創り出す取り組みが活発化している。こうした市民・社会運動は、市場経済の分析中心だった食農研究に再考を促すが、複数の公共性がありうる「善い食」の実現は容易でない。それゆえ本研究は、理論研究と計量調査を行ったうえで、食と農を結ぶ活動団体へ質的社会調査を実施する。国内外の複数地域の取り組みと団体間の関係を比較考量し、食を通じてどのような「善い社会」を作ることができるかを分析して、都市圏単位での食農連携の仕組みであるフードポリシーを、市民参画によりボトムアップ的に構築するための条件を多角的に検討する。
