Outline of Research at the Start

この研究は、人間の「心」や「精神」に関する専門的な知識（精神医学や心理学、精神分析等が構成する学知）が日本社会に普及してきた歴史的経緯を考察すると同時に、現代社会においてこれらの知識がどの程度、どのような人々に受け入れられているのか、またその社会的影響にはどのようなものがあるのかを考察する社会学的研究である。具体的には、「心」や「精神」に関する専門知を積極的に受容する人々の経験や属性的な特徴、あるいはそうした人々の「自己」や「社会」に対する認識の特性について分析することを目的としている。
