Outline of Research at the Start

平常時の地域コミュニティのジェンダー秩序が災害時にどのように影響を受けるかを明らかにし、ジェンダー平等の実現に向けた施策を提案する。能登半島地震に際し、婦人会・女性会が避難所で活躍したが、それはジェンダー秩序の固定化・強化に寄与したか、あるいはジェンダー平等に貢献したかを検証することで、強いジェンダー秩序を持つ地域での課題解決を目指すものである。研究方法としては、文献調査、婦人会・女性会への聞き取り調査、仮設住宅での参与観察等を用い、これら複数の調査結果について理論的な考察を行う。
