Outline of Research at the Start

介護・医療分野における腰痛予防策は、国際的に業務中の腰部負荷の強度を低減させる介助法に焦点が当てられているが、比較的低い持続的な作業負荷による曝露時間と筋疲労を軽減させる休息の確保も重要である。
本研究では、介護労働における腰部筋疲労軽減（筋休息）のための適切な休憩の取り方モデルを開発するために、介護労働者の腰部筋休息の状況と課題を明らかにするWeb調査を実施するとともに、人間工学及び労働安全衛生の視点をベースとして作成した上記モデル案を介護保険施設に導入し、介入前後に取得した身体負担データ（腰部角度、身体活動量、歩数、心拍数、自覚的負担感）を比較して上記モデルの効果を定量的に明らかにする。
