Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日本社会の多様性の中でもSWの領域での実証的な研究が少ないLGBTQ+に焦点をあて、研究手法としてCBPR(Community-Based Participatory Research)を用い、当事者たちと協働して抑圧的構造の変革を目指す研究を行うことで、CBPRがAOP(Anti-Oppressive Social Work Practice)の有効な実践アプローチであることを検証していく。具体的には当事者たちと協働し、(a)ストレートアライの社会変革のための行動促進要因に関する質的調査(R7)、(b)調査結果を基に社会変革のための行動促進の研修改善(R8)、(c)研修の効果測定(R9-10)、(d) AOP実践としてのCBPRの有効性の検証(R9-10)、を行っていく。
