Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、緩和ケア・終末期医療のソーシャルワークにおけるスーパービジョンの内実を明らかにし、体系化されたスーパービジョンの方法を検証・提示することを目的とする。具体的には、スーパービジョンをする側／受ける側のソーシャルワーカー計40名にインタビュー調査を行い、その結果をもとに、7つの医療機関において研修会等を実施し、双方向からスーパービジョンのあるべき姿を追求する。
