Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、自治体が子ども家庭支援に独自に配置している相談支援職の職制や専門性を探索的に把握し、特に子育て支援・社会的養育部門、生活保護・生活困窮部門、教育部門との連携における家庭への相談・調整・介入等のソーシャルワーク機能のあり方について考察する。具体的には3年間の期間で、自治体の専門相談員事業と自治体の福祉部門、教育部門との協働を中心に、実態把握から課題整理、今後の必要なプログラム開発を行う。計画は、１）自治体独自の相談支援制度、施策の動向、専門職制の現状と課題に関する文献研究、２）自治体独自の相談支援専門職の実態把握に関する実証的研究、３）支援プログラム、実践評価方法の開発を行う。
