Outline of Research at the Start

近年、LGBTQ＋などの性の多様性については、人権に関する重要な課題であることが示される一方、当事者のいじめ被害や自殺念慮は高率であることが指摘されており、早急な取り組みが求められる。社会的少数者に対するいじめ問題においては、社会的構造に存在する抑圧に結びついていることを理解し、その人権を復権させていく必要がある。そこで、本研究の目的は、LGBTQ＋当事者の児童生徒へのいじめ防止対策の効果的な学校ソーシャルワーク実践モデルの開発することにある。これを通じ、特に社会的少数者に対するいじめ防止対策における日本でのSSWの役割や専門性を明示することができると考える。
