| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、介護や育児の分野で蓄積された「ケアの社会化」研究を踏まえ、先行する精神障害者家族研究を「ケアの脱家族化」の視点で検討し、精神障害者の家族に求められてきたケア内容とケア責任の分担の状況を明らかにする。さらに、精神障害者の地域生活支援のための社会資源創出の事例を、北海道における精神保健ソーシャルワークの実践から抽出し、資源創出の前後における家族のケア内容とケア責任の変化を調査する。以上により、精神障害者の「ケアの脱家族化」の歴史とそこにおける精神保健ソーシャルワークの役割を明らかにする。
