Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日本の療育制度の整備過程における地方行政および民間事業の役割と意義の分析を通して、地方療育制度の整備過程を明らかにすることである。そのため以下2つの作業目標を設定する。①地方療育制度整備における地方行政および民間事業の垂直的役割の解明：1960～80年代における地方行政、民間事業の役割と意義を国の動きと関連して歴史的変遷を明らかにする。②地方療育制度整備における地方行政および民間事業の水平的役割の解明：1960～80年代の知的障害および肢体不自由療育事業の双方から地方行政および民間事業が地方療育制度整備に果たした役割と意義を分析し、社会福祉史研究領域における「日本療育史」を描き出す。
