Outline of Research at the Start

終末期ケアにおいて、ACP（Advance Care Planning）の概念の導入は実践の中で広まりを見せている。一方で、本人は死について話すことや決めることに慣れないこと、家族や専門職にとっても判断の迷いや葛藤を抱えることが明らかとなってきた。
そこで、本研究では、日本および韓国の終末期ケアに関わる医療ソーシャルワーカーと高齢者施設における生活相談員を対象として、①家族の代理意思決定に影響を与える要因と代理意思決定支援の手法について明らかにする。さらに、教育・研修プログラムとして②家族が納得する意思決定にむけた介入モデルを開発・検証し、終末期ケアにおけるACPの発展に寄与することを目指す。
