Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、災害要援護者に対して必要な生活支援に関わる公私協働体制の整備のあり方を、日本とイタリアの国際比較を通じて明らかにし、得られた成果を教育・研修内容として社会実装をすることを目的とする。
公私協働の体制整備のために必要な制度、行政・民間の組織運営のあり方、組織構成員に求められる能力やスキルは、災害福祉支援活動を行う者が共通して認識・習得すべきものである。すでに社会福祉士養成や各種テキスト等に連携・協働の必要性や様態は示されているが、研究成果を踏まえてその評価・改善を図り、新たな教育内容や教育方法を検討し、研修の試行的実施・評価・改善を経て社会実装化を目指す。
