Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、罪に問われた被疑者・被告人の弁護活動におけるソーシャルワーカーとの協働が本人の刑事司法手続き終了後のQOLを高める要因となり、ひいては再犯防止に寄与することを実証的に検証し、入口支援モデルの構築を目指すことにある。
この目的達成のために、①基礎的データの収集、弁護士とソーシャルワーク専門職の協働の実態調査、②入口支援を行ったケースの追跡調査、③海外の入口支援の実態、研究動向の調査を行う。
