Outline of Research at the Start

障害や疾病の有無にかかわらず、誰もが人生の最期まで生きやすい共生社会を実現するために、地域住民が医療や介護の専門職との協働体制の中で、インフォーマルな関わりを人生の最期まで維持する地域づくりが必要とされる。本研究では、地域でエンドオブライフケアに関わる専門職と、協働する市民を対象にした活動の展開プロセスを明らかにする。また、死別による喪失の共感の機会を提供することによって、高齢者が死にゆく過程でどうありたいかを自律的に考え、死にゆく過程にある人と共に生きることを認められる地域づくりとなるのかを明らかにする。
