Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、各地のボランティアセンターをはじめとするボランティア調整の現場で同時多発的に生じている「活動を紹介しにくい」状況、すなわちボランティアを希望する側の「何らかの要因」によってコーディネートが困難になる事例が増加している諸相について取り上げる研究である。方法として、質的調査によって明らかにし、そのメカニズムと要因を探りつつ、どうすれば、「参加が促進される」のかを成功事例、先進事例から検討し、「参加を促進する」ためのボランティア・コーディネートの実践理論を構築するものである。
