Outline of Research at the Start	近年、住民主体で介護予防活動を行う「通いの場」を創設し、リハビリテーション専門職の積極的な関与と保健師との連携が求められるようになった。そこで本研究では、『地域の「通いの場」における保健師とリハビリテーション専門職の連携支援ガイドラインの開発と検証』を行う。
