Outline of Research at the Start

貧困の世代間連鎖の解消に向け、生活保護世帯の子どもの大学等への進学ニーズに対し、 支援機関が連携を図り支援を実践する「協議体型支援体制モデル」の構築を目指します。国は、生活保護世帯の子どもにおける大学等の進学率を向上させるために、進学準備給付金の創設に加え、授業料や入学金の減免制度等を拡充しています。しかし、生活保護世帯の子どもの大学等進学率は、全世帯の75.2％に比べ、39.9％と著しく低い状況にあります。そこで、「協議体型支援体制モデル」を試行し、支援機関が連携を図るための阻害要因及び促進要因の特定するとともに、当事者である生活保護世帯の子ども及び保護者に対する進学支援の効果を検証します。
