Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、生きづらさを経験している人々に対して、リカバリー志向のピアサポートを取り入れた支援が行き届くように、オンラインによるピアサポートのネットワークをつくり、ピアサポーター同志によるピアスーパービジョン体制のモデル構築を目的とする。スーパーバイザー養成プログラムの開発および育成を行うほか、全国の活動状況を登録できるWebsiteを作成し、ピアサポーターの全国ネットワークを構築し、オンラインピアスーパービジョン体制の教育・実施モデルの構築について探索的研究を行う。
