Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，市の産後ケア事業と子育て支援事業に委託され，余裕やゆとりの回復，育児方法の獲得，孤独感の軽減，育児不安の解消と自信の獲得，パートナーとの関係を結び直す，自主サークル化，ウェルビーイングの促進を目指した0歳児（2～3か月）を初めて持つ養育者支援プログラム（「新米ママと赤ちゃんの会」プログラム）の効果モデルを，実践家参画型エンパワメント評価に基づいて改善する。また，ファシリテーター研修システムの開発と実践を行い，スーパービジョンの内容および機能と構造について明らかにする。
